Use of This Website
By using simplifiedlandscape.com, you agree to these terms. The website is provided for informational purposes — to help you learn about our services, see examples of past work and request a quote. Don't use the site to attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or impersonate someone else.
Service Terms
All landscaping services begin only after a written quote has been provided by Simplified Landscaping and accepted in writing by the client. The quote will outline scope, price, schedule and any warranties or exclusions. Anything not listed in the quote is not part of the agreed work.
Payment & Service Expectations
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Larger projects are billed in milestone payments tied to phases of work.
- Weather, permit timelines and material lead times may shift schedules; we'll communicate any changes promptly.
- Plants we install carry a one-year replacement warranty (subject to proper watering and care). Hardscape work is warrantied against settling and joint failure for two years.
- Maintenance services are month-to-month and can be cancelled with written notice.
Limitation of Liability
Simplified Landscaping's total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages such as lost use, indirect property damage from third-party utilities, or weather-related events outside our control.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, photos of our work, logos and design — is owned by Simplified Landscaping or licensed to us. Don't republish or reuse it without written permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute arising from use of the website or our services will be handled in the courts of Weber County, Utah, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
